The cover picture shows the new metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) ZJU-64 and ZJU-64-CH₃, which exhibit low totoxicity, high stability, and temperature-controlled drug-release behaviors. The findings provide a strategy to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of these MOFs because of their capacity for combining drug and thermal therapies.
