Poly(2,6-pyridinedicarboxlic acid) (P(PDCA)) was coated on a glassy carbon electrode.
The biosensor was fabricated by immobilization of dsDNA on P(PDCA) modified electrode.
The determination of gemcitabine (GEM) was performed by using this electrode.
The dsDNA biosensor presented a linear response range from 1.0 to 30 mg L−1 for GEM.
GEM and dsDNA interaction was investigated via DPV and UV-vis spectroscopy.
