Microenvironmentally restricted cell growth dynamics is considered. Cell rearrangement and growth occur within many multi scale relaxation cycles. Cellular dynamics induces increase of the matrix resistance stress. The main rheological conditions for the matrix are established. Repeated stress relaxation cycles within two types of Ca-alginate are considered.
