A simple and reproducible analytical on-line method for the determination of PAHs was developed. The on-line methodology showed adequate accuracy and precision for analysis of PAHs in foods. The LODs and LOQs for all PAHs were 0.012 ng g−1 and 0.04 ng g−1 respectively. MSPD-SPE-HPLC/FLD method used only 50 mg of sample and low consumption of reagents. The methodology presents advantages with respect other expensive analysis systems.
