Four complexes with general formula [RuCl2(NO)(P–N)(PR3)]PF6 were synthesized.

Effect of the PR3 on the properties of the complexes was evaluated.

NO+ affects the Ru–P bond lengths, 31P NMR chemical shifts and 2Jpp.

Inverse correlation of Ru–P versus δ31P (ppm) was found and extends the literature data.
