A spectrum and multicolour photometric observations are presented for NSV 1907.
NSV 1907 was identified as a deeply eclipsing, nova-like cataclysmic variable.
We find ext stixSupport mathImg" data-mathURL="/science?_ob=MathURL&_method=retrieve&_eid=1-s2.0-S1384107616300513&_mathId=si5.gif&_user=111111111&_pii=S1384107616300513&_rdoc=1&_issn=13841076&md5=ea10e3b932e215899a6c6778d0a8cb83" title="Click to view the MathML source">P<em>orbem>=0.2761069er hidden">e"> days and establish the presence of a secondary minimum.
We propose NSV 1907 as a new moderately bright long-period SW Sextantis star.
We find a possible 4.2 day period (the nodal precession period of the disc?).
