Wideband measurements have been conducted at 38 GHz and 60 GHz using a 1 GHz RF bandwidth sounder. Two relevant propagation contributions have been identified in this environment. Reflections on the road guard rails give rise to the second contribution, with an excess delay under 13 ns. Fast fading variations can be modelled using a Gaussian distribution function. Signals suffer a frequency offset proportional to the difference of speed of cars.
