Films prepared in three different layers SL, DL and TL. Surface roughness and average grain size decreased with the number of layers. Energy gap increased with the number of layers while reflectivity decreased. Empirical equations were estimated to evaluate energy gap and reflectivity. Empirical equations show quantum confinement effects in band gap and reflectivity.
