HR-CS GF-AAS was used for trace analysis of whole blood without mineralization. Modification of apparatus was carried out for better matrix removal. Pyrolysis and atomization temperature were optimized. The optimized method was verified with use of certified reference material. Se, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cd and Pb ions were determined in blood of volunteer patients.
