文摘

Water vapor continuum spectra in the range 14–200 cm−1 are studied. Compromise of divergent previous measurements in the range 3–84 cm−1 is obtained. Dominant contribution of water dimer near 17 cm−1 is demonstrated. “Excess” continuum absorption is revealed and evaluated.
