CE-MS for the monitoring of 5-nitroimidazoles and metabolites in urine samples. Comparison between separation modes, MEKC and CZE and optimization of the variables. Sample clean-up by MISPE with recoveries higher than 79.2%. Limits of detection from 9.6 to 130.2 µg/L with RSDs for peak areas lower than 16.1%.
