Acrylic resin film-forming materials with wide applicable temperature range were designed in a molecular scale. The molecular design was realized by RAFT emulsion polymerization. The two Tgs endow SAS triblock copolymers with the wide applicable temperature range. The RAFT emulsion polymerization is environmentally friendly.
