Triacylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine and oleic acid influences positively larval development. Transport capacity is limited in early larvae, increasing in anterior intestine as intestine maturates with development. Early larvae regulated intestinal lipid transport, showing a coordinate activation of apolipoproteins transcripts. Apolipoprotein E1 is a good key molecular marker for intestinal lipid mobilization. Apolipoprotein A-IVBa3 has an active role in the endogenous lipid mobilization that occurs during larval development.
