Adolescent opiate exposure decreases morphine self-administration in offspring. Male offspring and grandoffspring demonstrate decreased reinstatement behavior. Genes related to synaptic plasticity were dysregulated in F1 and F2 animals. Myelin basic protein is dysregulated in male and female F1 and F2 animals.
