Video-ambulatory electroencephalography (video-AEEG) is used in secondary care.
We reviewed changes in the medical management of 111 patients after video-AEEG.
55.9% of patients had typical clinical events captured on video-AEEG.
Diagnostic yield was higher in patients with previous diagnosis of epilepsy (62.9%).
24.3% of patients had changes in medical treatment as a result of video-AEEG outcome.
