Predicting room-temperature multiferroic phase of NaLaFeMO6 (M = Ru, Re, Os) with strong magnetoelectric coupling

The ground states of NaLaFeMO6 (M = Ru, Re, Os) were polar ferrimagnetic perovskites.

Polarizations are 11.79, 2.40, and 10.99 μC cm−2 for NaLaFeReO6, NaLaFeReO6, and NaLaFeReO6.

Magnetic moments are 3, 2, and 3 μB for NaLaFeRuO6, NaLaFeReO6, and NaLaFeOsO6.

Strong magnetoelectric coupling exist in NaLaFeMO6 (M = Ru, Re, Os).

Critical temperature of polarization and magnetization are above room temperature.
