The chiral precursor of Crizotinib can be prepared by the coupling enzyme reaction. Alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) were co-expressed. The ADH/GDH co-crosslinked enzyme aggregates were prepared. The ADH/GDH co-CLEAs shows increased stability and reusability.
