The Pulsed EPDofNiO nanoparticles together withnanographitic flakes is demonstrated. The Pulsed EPD decreases agglomeratedNiO nanoparticles compared to the DC EPD. The improved ethanol electrooxidation performance is observed compared to the DC EPD. Hopping conductivity is responsible for the low onset voltage for catalyst layers fabricated.
