Isolation, identification and characterization of Shewanella algae from reared tongue sole, Cynoglossus semilaevis Günther
文摘
A S. algae was isolated from diseased C. semilaevis for the first time. S. algae caused noticeable histological lesions on the intestine. The LD50 was calculated as 1.0xA0;× 106 CFU/g fish weight of C. semilaevis. S. algae was highly sensitive to most of β-lactams, tetracyclines antibiotic and so on. S. algae could grow under the condition of temperature 26–34 °C, pH 5–9 and 20–50 ppt.
