The study of the magnetic properties of the two site-disorder spin-1/2 Ising bilayer structures, one with isotropic (I) bottom layer and another with striped (S) bottom layer are investigated. The influence of the layered site-diluted and fluctuating magnetic field on the phase transition and the temperature dependent magnetization processes of the two bilayer structures, are studied using the effective field theory with a probability distribution technique that accounts for the self spin correlations. Our results for cubic lattices are calculated numerically and are qualitatively in agreement with the experimental results obtained for Fe films deposited on GaAs (0 0 1) (4 × 2)-reconstructed surface. Some interesting results are obtained.
