The Amino Functionalized Carbon Coated Magnetic Nanoparticles were synthesized. NH2-CC-MNPs were characterized by SEM, SEM-EDX, FTIR and ESR techniques. Hybridization of nucleic acids was performed at the surface of NH2-CC-MNPs. Electrochemical detection of HBV DNA hybridization was investigated by DPV. NH2-CC-MNPs were used for first time in combination with electrochemical sensor.
