Dietary alanyl-glutamine and vitamin E supplements could considerably promote the expression of GPx and PPARα genes, antioxidation, feed utilization, growth, and improve composition of juvenile cobia
文摘
The diets with combined AGD and VE supplements could synergistically and significantly improve (P < 0.05) feed utilization, GPx, CAT, GST, and T-AOC, the expression of PPARα and GPx genes in the liver and muscle of cobia juveniles. In the liver and muscle, the effect of AGD supplemen alone on the expression of GPx gene was significant greater (P < 0.05) than that of VE supplement alone; whereas the effect of VE supplement alone on the expression of PPARα gene was significant greater (P < 0.05) than that of AGD supplement alone. Diet 4, with an AGD of 5 g and a VE of 50 IU supplements per kg of dried feed, was found to be the optimum in our experimental conditions.
