Alkoxymethyl substituted derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinoline were synthesised. Protonated and neutral forms were characterised by single X-Ray. Hirshfeld surface analyses were applied to analyse hydrogen bonds. Topological analysis delivers details about the strength of hydrogen bonds.
