The Ti-44Al-8Nb-(W, B, Y) alloy sheet with reduction of 85% has been produced. The as-rolled alloy has fine duplex microstructure with mean grain sizes of 5.3 μm. Recrystallization and recovery of α and γ laths are responsible for refinement. The as-rolled alloy exhibits a UTS of 1174 MPa, with 1.01% ductility at r. t.
