Controlling the aminolysis reaction onto the PLLA scaffolds is important issue. Aminolyzed PLLA scaffolds using PPI dendrimer enhanced surface characteristic. Aminolyzed PLLA scaffolds prevents the necrosis of cells by reducing acidic pH value.
