Cu clustering and concomitant Fe aggregation during annealing are investigated. Atomic-scale aggregation was indirectly observed in Fe80Si9B10Cu1 amorphous alloy. Mössbauer spectroscopy confirms the variations in local structures of Fe and Cu.
