Mo considerably increases the volume fraction of thermally stable dispersoids after heat treatment. Yield strength and creep resistance at 300 °C is remarkably improved with Mo addition. Mo reduces the decreasing rate of properties with increasing temperature and time. Superior long-term thermal stability of dispersoids at 350–400 °C is obtained from Mo.
