The determination of quinolone and 尾-lactam residues in raw cow milk is proposed.
UAE followed by a clean-up step using dispersive-SPE for analytes isolation is used.
An UHPLC-MS/MS method to measure the target compounds is accurately validated.
The method was applied for the analysis of antibiotics in 28 raw cow milk samples.
28% of the analysed samples were positive in at least one of the studied antibiotics.
