19 polyphenolic compounds were quantified from Epilobium angustifolium. Quantification method was performed by UHPLC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS. Inter-population variability of polyphenol content was assessed in 10 populations. Polyphenol distribution was measured in leaves, flowers, flower buds and stem parts.
