Graphene quantum dots and fullerenol as new carbon sources for single-layer and bi-layer graphene synthesis by rapid thermal annealing method

We highlighted graphene thin film syntheses by RTA method at low annealing temperature such as 600 °C. We considered the possibility of using graphene quantum dots and fullerenol as solid precursor for graphene synthesis. Experimental procedure was described in details. The effect of carbon concentration on the number and quality of formed graphene layers was investigated. Graphene thin films from graphene quantum dots had better quality.
