Compost application decreased bulk density and increased porosity and increased portion of macro-aggregates (>0.25 mm).

Long-term deficiency of P and excessive N input can deteriorate soil structure.

Balanced fertilizer applications increased amount of soil macropores (>40 μm) and saturated hydraulic conductivity.
