New dithiocarbamate derivatives were investigated for their anticancer effects. Compound 10 was found to be the most promising anticancer agent against C6 cell line. New dithiocarbamate derivatives were investigated for their CA inhibitory effects. Generally, the tested compounds were more effective on CAs than acetazolamide. Compounds 3 and 4 were found to be the most effective compounds on hCA-I and hCA-II.
