Use of quantum dot beads-labeled monoclonal antibody to improve the sensitivity of a quantitative and simultaneous immunochromatographic assay for neuron specific enolase and carcinoembryonic antigen
The good monodispersity and high colloidal stability quantum dot nanobeads were applied as label materials to the test strip. Utilization of fluorescent test strip to simultaneously detect neuron specific enolase and carcinoembryonic antigen. A novel optimal reader system “Handing” had been employed for highly sensitive multiplex assay of test strips.
