Report on clinical feature of NMO patients based on large Chinese cohort is lacking. Clinical feature of Chinese Han patients with AQP4-ab positive NMOSD was presented. AQP4-ab levels were higher in patients with concomitant circulating auto-antibodies. AQP4-ab levels positively correlated with CSF protein concentrations. Chinese patients with NMOSD deserve greater attention in the future.
