Four ARIMA models were tested in order to predict the permeate flux during UF of fruit juices. Experimental data of Bergamot, kiwifruit and pomegranate juices were evaluated. UF membranes with different material, configuration and molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) were assessed. ARIMA models successfully showed a capacity to fit experimental data that in all cases were higher than 99.14% (R2adj).
