Palladium catalysts based on the hypercrosslinked polystyrene were synthesized and characterized by different methods. The stearic acid hydrodeoxygenation using the synthesized catalysts was carried out under various conditions. The kinetic parameters of the stearic acid hydrodeoxygenation process were calculated using Markov Chain Monte Carlo method.
