A computer model of human neuronal circuits for psychotic symptoms is presented. Clinical psychotic symptoms are associated with an information bandwidth readout. Correlation with clinical antipsychotic effects is 3-fold higher than D2R occupancy. Model recapitulates ketamine effect, aripiprazole switching and supersensitivity. Virtual human patient to optimize clinical trial design and treatment.
