An index guiding Folded Porous Photonic Crystal Fiber (FP-PCF) has been investigated which shows high sensitivity and large effective mode area. This research shows PML depth is liable for confinement loss. Higher numerical aperture has also been reported which has a strong capability for implementing optical coherence tomography application. The whole simulation work has done over most uses communication band E + S + C + L + U.
