Volumetric and viscometric study of thiamine hydrochloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride and sodium ascorbate at T = (275.15, 277.15 and 279.15) K in dilute aqueous solutions

Density and viscosity of B1.HCl, B6.HCl and NaAs were measured at lower temperatures. Temperature effect on apparent molar volume and viscosity B-coefficient was studied. Different molecular interactions occurring in aqueous binary mixtures were discussed. Volumetric results, suggest that compounds studied are structure makers.
