The fatigue life and electrical property of COG assembly undergoing coupled loads were studied. Different salt-spray corrosion time seriously influences the relative resistance change. Fatigue life decreases with corrosion time under the coupled loads. Miner's linear damage rules was used to define damage caused by salt-spray corrosion.
