文摘
DNA lesions induced by Blem and radiation interact well and form higher frequency of exchange aberrations. Cellular level of glutathione does influence such interaction of DNA lesions. Oligomer-based cell-free assay system demonstrated better end-joining efficiency at higher level of endogenous GSH.
