The molecular mimicry hypothesis of self and foreign HSPs in MS is assessed.

The study proposes a prediction of microorganism's role in pathogenesis of MS.

The immunodominant epitopes of microorganisms's HSPs are identified.

The obtained results may be beneficial for developing altered peptide ligands (APLs).

Results may be useful for identification of infectious triggers and antigens in MS.
