Preparation of the cocrystals of chrysin molecule with cytosine and thiamine hydrochloride. Characterization of the cocrystals by DSC, PXRD, FT-IR and SSNMR. Cocrystallization of chrysin improves its solubility, dissolution profile and bioavailability parameters. Improved antioxidant, antihaemolytic and anti-inflammatory activities are observed in the cocrystals of chrysin.
