SBA-15 bi-functionalized with C18 or C8, and SO3- as reversed-phase/cation-exchange SPE sorbent. Multi-residue extraction of acidic and basic drug residues from meats using bi-functionalized silicas. Better performance using bi-functionalized SBA-15 than mono-functionalized SBA-15. High extraction efficiency from mixed-mode retention mechanism and high adsorption capacity.
