The sintering temperature of BaZn2Ti4O11 dropped from 1200 °C to 850 °C. The excellent properties: εr = 25.6, Q × f = 31 580 GHz τf = 1.95 ppm/°C. The sintering process accelerated at a low temperature even with a higher Ea. The decomposition of BaZn2Ti4O11 ceramic provides extra energy. The main sintering process is reactive liquid-phase sintering.
