New isotachophoretic procedures of vitamins B1 and B6 determination were developed. New composition of leading and terminating electrolyte was proposed. Simple degassing and dilution were used for sample preparation. The level of vitamins B1 and B6 in samples during brewing was studied. Developed procedure can be alternative method for vitamins B1 and B6 determination.
