The application of green tea extract to prepare bentonite-supported nanoscale zero-valent iron and its performance on removal of Cr(VI): Effect of relative parameters and soil experiments
The maximum Cr(VI) removal occurring at the pH range of 2 to 6. The maximum adsorption capacity of B-nZVI was 66.10 mg g−1. Desorption isotherms did not coincide their corresponding adsorption. The addition of adsorbents decreased the release of Cr from soil. Application of B-nZVI to soil significantly reduced the exchange fraction (EX) of Cr.
