A temporal scan was used to detect clusters of Pseudomonas aeruginosa over 9 years in 1 hospital. Two-thirds clusters observed at the hospital level occurred during clusters of positive water samples. Filters were fitted in two-thirds of units where clusters were observed at the care unit level.
