Growing evidence supports efficacy of simulation pedagogy, and best practice standards have been developed to support faculty in simulation implementation. However, faculty struggle to implement best practices and replicate positive learning outcomes of simulation in today's teaching and learning environments. Practical strategies and tools for applying standards of simulation best practices in a real-world educational environment will be shared including tips for organizing and leading a prebriefing session and utilizing cuing to facilitate participant learning
