Hydrophilization of reduced graphene oxide by covalent functionalization. Ionic liquid functionalization decreases the water contact angle. Wide potential window of 0–2 V is achieved in aqueous electrolyte. High energy density and power density have been obtained. All-solid symmetric supercapacitor is developed.
